Data Deletion Request

At Ora, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated information, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: From the App

You can delete your account directly from the Ora app:

1. Open Ora and sign in to your account
2. Tap Profile > Settings > Security
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm the deletion (you will be asked to confirm twice)

Option 2: Form Request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion in writing, complete the form below:

What data is deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently deleted:

• Your user profile (name, email, profile picture)
• Your preferences and settings
• Your listening history and progress
• Your favorites and playlists
• Your subscription data
• Your push notification token

Processing Time

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Important Information

• Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• We may retain certain anonymized data for statistical purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data required by legal obligations may be retained for the time required by law.
